This engine is the evolution of the RC style engines first introduced with the G230RC. This engine features a four bolt cylinder. This means that the cylinder attaches to the crankcase with four bolts instead of the older two-bolt style. This increases the durability of the cylinder and reduces head gasket failures. Four transfer ports manage air/fuel through the engine. The fueling is managed through the Walbro WT-990 carb - this is Walbro's best carburetor available. With high and low speed needles that can be adjusted you will be able to dial in perfect performance. With the higher output of this engine it also has three crankshaft bearings, with a sealed outer bearing supporting a full-circle high performance crankshaft.
